A benefit of having such a large display screen is the virtual keypad is large and easy to use. The keys are big enough to type on, and there is adequate room for large fingers to navigate around the phone. The Thunderbolt offers a beautiful touchscreen display that is hard to beat on a cell phone. The 4.3 inch touchscreen is one of the largest screens you will find on a mobile device, and this phone includes 480 x 800 pixel resolution. The resolution makes images crisp and clear, and the large screen makes it ideal for watching movies, browsing the internet or viewing images. 
On the outside, the HTC Thunderbolt is built on the same philosophy that led to the HTC EVO 4G. Just like its older cousin, the HTC Thunderbolt feels good in the hand although it is a little heavier than most phones. The 4.3” display is very big and pretty much the largest screen you can get for a handset. You can look at the photo gallery to get a sense of the design in the real world. I like it. It’s classic but it works.
